
Throughout her career Laura has established a reputation for high quality programming, design and planning of residential and mixed-use communities which meet market demands and achieves the Client's objectives. Laura collaborates with her Clients to strategize development solutions which are creative and cost effective. Experienced both on the boards and in construction, Laura works closely with Clients and Allied Professionals to ensure delivery of a quality based solution.
Laura's Bachelor of Arts degree in Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania forms the foundation of her ability to incorporate environmental, sociological, physical and economic elements into the development process. Ranging from custom single family homes, to low and mid-rise affordable and market rate communities, to large scale master planned communities and mixed-use infill sites, Laura brings the market sensitivity and cost effectiveness to each and every project. She is a registered architect in over twenty states, is NCARB Certified and is a registered Planner in the State of New Jersey.
Laura has honed her skills of balancing aesthetics with practical solutions while working successfully with Clients and municipalities throughout the nation both as developer team member and as a member of various municipal boards including the Radnor Township Design Review Board.

Michael, a graduate of Wesleyan University and the University of Pennsylvania, is experienced as both a developer/builder and architect/ planner, enabling him to bring the developer perspective to the design and planning process.
Throughout his career, Michael has been influenced by the integration of the owner/builder/designer model. As principal of Michael Giardino & Associates and Catalyst Properties, his experience in designing and building luxury residential homes and commercial properties has provided the groundwork for his delivery of economically sound design solutions.
Working with national development groups, Michael utilizes his expertise to provide planning and design of significant waterfront, brownfield and infill communities. He is NCARB Certified, a registered architect in fifteen states and is a registered Planner in the State of New Jersey. His experience includes involvement on the municipal side as former acting chair of the Zoning Board of Princeton Township, and member of the Radnor Township Design Review Board.
As frequent speakers at national conventions, Laura and Michael have addressed Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), Multi-Housing World (MHW), American Institute of Architects (AIA), and local HBA organizations. Both have served as judges for local and national design competitions.
