CENTURIA, a mixed use neighborhood located on a 15.7 acre site immediately adjacent to the George Washington Bridge, is being hailed by the local merchants as a "boon" to the town of Fort Lee, New Jersey. The complex will serve as the new retail anchor revitalizing one of the last of the Gold Coast undeveloped properties, the Helmsley Tract, which has been neglected for over thirty years.

This pedestrian friendly "walkable" community integrates live/work/play in a 24/7 lifestyle. Direct vehicular access to Manhattan via the GW Bridge and other local public transportation enhance the appeal of this new "Downtown".

The community is bisected by Martha Washington Way which provides direct access to the bridge tolls.
