Part of the revitalization of the historic milltown, TOWER ONE is the initial phase of redevelopment of nearly forty properties within the Coatesville City Redevelopment District. It is the first of six seven-story condominium towers to be built by Chetty. In all 800 new residential dwellings will be created, with a total of 3,000 new structured parking spaces.

The mixed-use community will feature residential over first-floor retail, as well as office components utilizing shared parking garage structures thereby maintaining the integrity of the six stories of urban loft residences above. The apartments are designed to appeal to the young professional and empty nester markets.
